I told my hubby after ready pregnant I felt like wana to be a full time mum take care our baby and plan to open a kinder garden for coaching all the parent hw to well care and educate their kids.

1. DIY Apple & Carrot Enzyme
   
   Ingredient :
   5 green apple
   5 red apple
   2 carrot
   1 lemon
   350 gm rock sugar / honey (normal honey is good enough)
   
   Method :

1. rinse and peel red apple, green apple, carrot and green lemon cut into shreds.
   place layer of red apple, green apple , carrot and green lemon shreds into a glass bottle, then followed by a layer of rock sugar. / Honey..
2. Repeat this step until all ingredients are used up. Rock sugar must be placed as the top layer.
3. seal and store the bottle in a shady and cool place for fermentation.
   share the bottle on the 3rd or 4th day so that the fruit could evenly fermented. Store for 2 week. Serve.
   
   Function :
   Carrot is a good antioxidant provides energy and improved the immune system.
   It suitable for those who working long hours in front of a computer.
